Security lights go high Tech
WOLF SECURITY NEWS RECOMENDS GOOD LIGHTING AROUND YOUR HOME. THE NEW PRODUCTS TODAY SUPPLY US WITH THE TOOLS WE NEED TO WARD OFF INTRUDERS. WITH CRIME ON THE RISE IN MANY NEIGBORHOODS AND AREAS OF OUR NATION WE MUST KEEP UP ON THE PRODUCTS AVAILIBLE AND HELPFUL IN THE DETURANCE OF CRIME
WE BELIVE IT IS INPORTANT TO SPEAK WITH YOUR NEIGBORS OFTEN AND TO KEEP YOUR YARD WELL LIT.
I would like to mention there are new products on the market that are not that expensive and will do a few things at once. The smart guardian motion activated light is just that type of inexpensive though effective product. The smart guardian can be installed were your old flood lights or outdoor security light is now. There is a motion sensor that turns on the light and there is a camera attached to this unit. The camera can turn on with the light and there is a 2 gig card inside recording the events so they may be watched on your computer. With technology we have the marriage of lights, motion detection and a camera. Now I would call that a great tool in the arsenal of the home owner or the business owner.
Security Lights with Timers Get a Bigger Brain
For quite a while, you've been able to get security lights with timers that automatically come on at night and go off, to make burglars think you're home when you're really not. And you can also get programmable timers, so that the lights go on and off at times of your choosing, not always at the same time every night (someone staking out your house while you're gone might become suspicious if your lights turn on every night at precisely 7:00 pm). But now, even more sophisticated security lights are available.
You can buy whole-house home automation systems that turn lights off and on automatically, different lights in different parts of your home (inside and out) at different times, all without you having to be there to do a thing. You can even integrate your lights so a microprocessor remembers your lighting habits for two weeks and replicates them when you leave for vacation.
Yup, lights on timers are a whole lot smarter these days. If you've got a dated system (or no automation whatsoever), it might be time for a security upgrade. And if you enjoy various aspects of home automation, you might even have fun planning it all out.
Lots of stores, online and off, sell the equipment to get you started, so just get out there and look around. There are also magazines on home automation that can be great resources. Just browse through Borders or another big book store with a large magazine section, and you'll have no trouble finding ideas.

crime statistics in America
It can be said that in America to day crime is on the rise. I will provide a link www.cityrating.com/crimestatistics.asp here so you may check your area for crime. Crime is different in different sections of the nation and you should design your security in a way that will repel your chances of becoming a statistic.
Also your local police department may have information on crime in your town(report) that you may be able to access as most reports are a few years old that are national and statistic may be out dated. We do live in a more crime filled world but we also have some new technology that can stop em in there tracks or capture them and end there criminal careers. So a few inquires may help and staying up on current events can combine to keep you and your loved ones safe.

Safes are important for overall security
An important part of our security in the modern world is in paper work and other commodities as of late. Take for instance the amount of people investing in gold, and gold coins. Yes, you can have a very large amount of monetary worth in a small package that will fit snugly with other personal family paper work in a safe. Safes come in many sizes and should always be fastened to wall or floor. And yes, safes are crackable and penetrable, like locks. But that is the point. We always try and slow the thieves down.
I recommend a safe, and remember the more money the better built. Also some new safes have electronic locks
Also, if the safe is fireproof that is always a plus. With most safes you would want a key override. That means if the push buttons fail, you always can use your key to override the lock to get to your valuables.
Myself as a locksmith I like to see the key override as it gives me the chance to pick the lock open and not destroy the lock. And why is that important you ask, well what if the customer put the key in their safe for safe keeping. Believe me, I've seen stranger.

New age new day
What hope I have for America. As we approach the end of 2010 I guess things are changing. For one thing, crime, real street break in and invade crime is up. People do not have incomes like they did and times will change more. I hope for real change in the direction of our country as we pass the Nov. elections. I believe, we the American people have been deceived by most governmental sides now for decades, and that era is ending. Waking up is occurring in small but substantial increments. Although this is not a political blog, the politics of what will happen in the new age will effect our nations security. If a new age and day are to take hold, the leaders of tomorrow must bring home Americans fighting overseas, as the American people have requested in two elections but not received. No, sadly our leaders have not listened to the people. Look were this has lead us, America. To secure our future, we must look to our beginnings as a young nation, and what we declared to the world. We declared to be a nation of free and brave souls ready to defend that freedom, foreign and domestically. We had little problem with the foreign enemy, Identifying that enemy, but domestically we can not put our finger on our problem. Government would have you believe it is us, the American people. I submit that for to long, the will of America has not been meet. And to that end, we have lost many freedoms, our sovereignty, and to a great degree our security. Voting is important, but educating oneself as to good leadership may be more important. The next two years in America will be very important, for America and its people.

Buddy Bar door jammer
This product is great for folks on the go traveling and staying in motels or the like. I also have recommended it to folks that rent or condo owners that cannot change aesthetics to their condos. Had a customer who was selling a home and did not want to spend extra money on deadlocks. I suggested the buddy bar. I told them it could go with them to their new residence when they returned from their trip. The buddy bar is a great movable security defence tool and very easy to install under your door knob. WSN would like to endorse this product as a tool in the personal arsenal of the customer with a life style on the go. It is the same cost as a deadbolt lock and can be moved from door to door. The buddy bar is conventionally impenetrable(ie: picking, drilling), and works well on flooring or carpet. I can be reached at wolfsecuritynews@gmail.com.
Dome cameras unsightly and effective
The new dome cameras on the market to day are very stylish and unsightly. I like to mount the dome near a register for a bus. application or if it is a residential installation I like a covered porch or front entrance. They are easy to install and work as a great add on to a system already up and running. Most people will look right at the dome and not know that it is a camera. That makes the dome a hide right in the open camera. As I have pointed out before in small to medium size business inside or employee theft is sometimes the most prominent. So if your looking for a stylish add on camera or something a little covert, the dome camera is a nice choice. Steve may be reached at wolfsecuritynews@gmail.com

Drive way alert system
I believe it is very important to have perimeter alert. It is your first line on defence and alert. There are a number of driveway alarms out there. I would like to suggest one that also turns on a light also. This can be a big advantage when the family is not home.
I put in a system for my company that is extremely cost effective. It retails for under $60.00 and I will usually install it if the customer needs advise or a light programed. My system is very simple and easily installed by the consumer with a little advise. Again, little things matter with security. As I have written about in other articles, Your outer perimeter is your 1st line of defence. The system I sell is expandable. You may add other (pir) sensors to one (transceiver). You may also add chime alert moduales and add them to other rooms. So the system is expandable and you may plug lights into the chime moduales. You have the option to turn on an outdoor light as you pull into your driveway so you are not walking into the home in the dark. I may be reached at wolfsecuritynews@gmail.com for more information.

Christian militia raided
Wolf security news has learned that the FBI and homeland security has conducted raids in three or four counties in the united states. AS many know msm is slow to report these incidents. Below is a message concerning a raid in which a women escaped thru woods near her home.
The Federal Authorities have raided not only our group but also the Michigan Militia. They had hijacked their website and placed word there that they were not raided.
We need some help please. This has to stop. I am en route south with my children using the wifi's as I can.
They were catching others as they came to their rallying points, they broke into homes and took children and used the tasers on wives, my son who is 12 and I got out by crawling through the creeks behind our house.
My husband and others are taken, please call the press and tell them, if any in the Michigan Militia is still free please rally with them. Please help.
Apparently a contact from Hutaree petitioned the Michigan Mailita for assistance.
"FBI targeted the Hutaree after it's members made threats of violence against Islamic organizations.
One of the Hutaree members called a Michigan militia leader for assistance Saturday after federal agents had already began their raid, Lackomar said, but the militia member -- who is of Islamic decent and had heard about the threats -- declined to offer help. That Michigan militia leader is now working with federal officials to provide information on the Hutaree member for the investigation, Lackomar said Sunday.
"They are more of a survivalist group and in an emergency they withdraw and stand their ground. They are actively training to be alongside Jesus," he said.
While warrants are sealed and the names of the arrested are unknown, someone knows something because "a network journalist" called CAIR executive director, Dawud Walid -- while he attended a banquet and the "network journalist" knew enough to make the Muslims in the banquet hall "gasp" when Walid told the crowd of "alleged threat against Muslims." I'll make a prediction that someone from a Michigan mosque went to the FBI. Am I jaded? Probably. Maybe not.
But remember, you and I know next to nothing - but the "network" journalist knows enough to call CAIR.
The raids by the FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Force and Homeland Security, were a part of an investigation in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, with arrests made in Adrian, Michigan, and others in Ohio and Illino.
AS Americans we stand for justice and our republic and rule of law. Any threats made must be taken seriously by the DHS. What we will not expect from our government is false flag operations or blocked information. Wolf security news will continue to monitor the situation and pass along information concerning the saftey for US citizens.

Security a personal issue
It has become apparent in this country that we the people rely to much on big government for our protection. Our security is a personal issue. Be aware of your surroundings. Watch the news, read the paper go on the net, listen to the radio, but believe nothing until you verify, verify verify. We are living in the age of information and that is what you will get, info. Now, double check your sources and verify.
It seems like alot of work but we have many source3s to check. There are many different breeches to our personal security. One is the Internet. You can be tracked and hacked and located and stolen from on this tracking machine. Also you business owners, most will be surprised to find out that 80percent of theft comes from within. Some from computers but sometimes items walk out the door also. So the main thing to do in our modern culture is to use many sources and utilize inward feelings on the people in your life and your surroundings As Americans, staying safe at every level is truly up to us, not politicians.
